Anker Philippines warrants eligible products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

All warranty claims are subject to verification, inspection, and technical assessment to determine whether the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or another excluded cause.

1. Products Covered

This policy applies to eligible products purchased from:

  • Anker.ph;
  • Official Anker Philippines retail stores;
  • Official Anker Philippines marketplace stores; or
  • Authorized Philippine resellers that can provide valid proof of purchase.

The warranty is intended for the original end-user purchaser and is generally not transferable.

The specific warranty period shown on the product page, packaging, official invoice, warranty card, or applicable promotion will apply when it differs from the general periods above.

Products provided free of charge through a promotion may be subject to a limited warranty period indicated in the applicable promotional terms.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects that occur under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

Examples may include:

  • Failure to power on caused by an internal manufacturing defect;
  • Charging, power-output, connectivity, or functional failure attributable to defective materials or workmanship;
  • Failure of an included component caused by a manufacturing defect; or
  • Another fault confirmed by the authorized Service Team.

A reported symptom does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect. Technical assessment may be required.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Change of mind or an incorrectly selected product;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or damage occurring after delivery;
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impact, crushing, abuse, or misuse;
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, transport, or storage;
  • Liquid or water damage beyond the product’s stated resistance specification;
  • Fire, flood, lightning, power surge, natural disaster, or other external causes;
  • Use with incompatible, defective, altered, or non-compliant equipment;
  • Modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair by an unauthorized party;
  • Products with removed, altered, damaged, or unreadable serial numbers;
  • Lost products, lost parcels, or missing shipments;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase; or
  • Claims filed after the applicable warranty period.

5. Delivery-Condition Claims

Incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or visibly defective deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please submit an unboxing video and supporting photos. Once approved, the product must be returned within seven calendar days from the date of the report, unless Customer Support provides another deadline.

Delivery-condition cases are processed under the Anker.ph Return Policy.

6. Required Warranty Documents

Prepare the following:

  • Official sales receipt, invoice, or valid online order record;
  • Product name and model;
  • Product serial number, when applicable;
  • Detailed description of the problem;
  • Photo and video documentation;
  • Full name and contact number;
  • Complete address;
  • Order and delivery dates;
  • Amount paid and payment method; and
  • Name of the store or platform where the product was purchased.

7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email shopanker@gocommerce.asia.
  2. Provide all required order, product, and issue information.
  3. Complete any troubleshooting steps requested by Customer Support.
  4. Wait for confirmation before visiting a store or shipping the product.
  5. Follow the official store-assessment or courier drop-off instructions.

If an active marketplace return or refund request is already open, you may be asked to rescind or complete that platform request before a separate warranty claim can proceed.

8. Inspection and Technical Assessment

The product may be inspected by an authorized retail, RMA, or Service Team.

The technical assessment will determine whether the issue is caused by:

  • A manufacturing defect;
  • Misuse or accidental damage;
  • An excluded external cause;
  • A software, compatibility, or operating issue;
  • Normal product behavior; or
  • Another condition relevant to the claim.

Physical assessment normally takes approximately five to seven business days after the unit is received. Complex cases may take longer. Shipping and transit days are excluded.

9. Warranty Remedies

When a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, the available remedy will generally follow this order:

  1. Replacement with the same model, subject to stock availability;
  2. Replacement with an equivalent model;
  3. Refund, when replacement is unavailable or not feasible; or
  4. Another remedy agreed upon or required under applicable law.

Replacement is the primary remedy when repair is not possible, and an appropriate replacement unit is available.

If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect within warranty and no replacement is available, a full refund may be issued based on the customer’s actual purchase price.

10. Replacement Product Warranty

A replacement product will be covered for the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty period or for thirty days from replacement, whichever is longer, unless a longer period is required by law or stated in writing.

11. Repeated Failure

A refund may be considered for a product that experiences a second or third confirmed failure after replacement. These cases are subject to management review.

12. Goodwill Resolutions

Anker Philippines may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, discount, replacement, or other settlement for cases that are not covered by warranty.

Goodwill resolutions are voluntary, may consider product age and condition, and do not extend the original warranty or establish future entitlement.

13. Data and Product Preparation

Before submitting a device for assessment:

  • Back up personal information when applicable;
  • Remove passwords, device locks, accounts, memory cards, and personal accessories when instructed;
  • Perform a factory reset when requested and reasonably possible; and
  • Do not include unrelated valuables or accessories.

Anker Philippines is not responsible for loss of data stored on a submitted product to the extent permitted by law.

14. Policy Administration

Claims are evaluated based on the product condition, technical findings, proof of purchase, applicable warranty period, and relevant consumer-protection laws.

Anker Philippines may update this policy prospectively. An update will not remove mandatory rights already available to a customer under Philippine law.
